Our focus is to bring a total body approach to the treatment of athletes and non-athletes.  Our goal is to help people improve their athletic performance, recover from injury and prevent future injuries. We understand the role activity plays in keeping a person fit and we are dedicated to helping patients get back into their game whether on or off the field.

Dr. Joseph Weber-Lopez


Dr. Joseph Weber-Lopez, MD is recognized as an “athlete’s doctor”.  He has dedicated his practice to the treatment of active individuals and emphasizes a non-surgical approach.  His continued education and involvement with professional sport teams has allowed him to deliver the most state-of-the-art and effective treatments available.

Dr. Weber-Lopez has extensive experience in Sports Medicine providing coverage to the NYC Marathon, Seton Hall University Athletics (Basketball, Baseball and Soccer), NJ City University Athletics and continuous High School team coverage in NJ and NYC.  He has also served as team physician to the New York Jets.  Dr. Weber-Lopez has also lectured at both national and local academic meetings.

Dr. Joseph Weber-Lopez is board certified in Sports Medicine and Family Medicine.  Dr. Joseph Weber-Lopez graduated from Georgetown University and completed medical school at the American University of the Caribbean.  Dr. Weber-Lopez is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. He completed residency training in Family Medicine at NSLIJ at Glen Cove Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. He completed his fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Atlantic Sports Health System in Morristown NJ, where he served as Fellow Team Physician for the New York Jets football team, Seton Hall Athletics, and many local high school and college sports teams.
